Sushi Rolls – £75
On this three hour Sushi course we shall be preparing the perfect sushi rice and seasoning then we shall preparing a verity of fillings suitable for the sushi before learning the different techniques used to roll the Sushi rice.
We shall also be preparing the kewpie (Japanese Mayonnaise) and discussing the condiments traditionally served with Sushi.
