three hour class, you will learn how to temper chocolate; prepare truffle centres and hand dip a selection of chocolate truffles.

James will then show you how to decorate and finish your chocolates, so that you take home a unique box of chocolates that you can share with your loved one, or eat them yourself!

The course will run from 6pm through to 9pm
