On this three hour short course we will be looking at selecting the correct cuts of meat for preparing the filling for are pork pie, we shall be preparing the classic hot water pastry before learning the best techniques to mould and bake the perfect Pork Pie.

I shall also be demonstrating the preparation of the jelly for finishing the pie..
