We are delighted to announce this year we are offering an advanced level of bread making.

Aimed at students who may have attended our level 1 or 2 course, or bread makers wishing to expand their knowledge.

During this hands on day course you will prepare and bake:

Danish pastries – Pain aux raisins
Croissant
Brioche

This course will run three times this year, with a maximum of 10 students per class.

The course will commence at 9.30am through to 3.30pm, the cost includes lunch and all your ingredients
