Introduction to the art of cheese making with Paul Peacock

During this three hour course Paul will take you through the basics of:

How to set cheese
The importance of cleanliness
Using starters, and rennet
Making a basic curd
Making Cottage Cheese
Making Boursin
Brie and Cottage cheese
Making Crumbly cheese

The course will commence at 2pm and conclude at 5pm – this course will be a combination of hands on and demonstration
