Tiger prawn, glass noodle and ginger soup with spring onion and coriander
Caramelised black pepper chicken
Sticky pork ribs with peppers and sesame
Stir fried water spinach with garlic and fish sauce
Cost is £105 per student – this includes ingredients, lunch and recipes
Vietnamese cuisine is making its mark in the catering industry, but remains a mystery to some people. If you like Chinese and Thai cuisine then you will LOVE Vietnamese food.
