Starting at 9.30 through to 3.30pm, your chef tutor Richard will be teaching students how to skin and fillet fish. Tips on identifying fresh good quality fish, how to season and cook.

Attended the fish course today. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Learnt so much from Richard the chef, and made some tasty food which we ate for lunch, and brought some food home too!! Loved the course, can’t wait to choose another..
