Recreating the Caribbean28 Oct

Students joined chef Richard Curtis at our Caribbean Day held at Northampton College.  During the day students recreated the fabulous tastes of the Caribbean with sticky spicy ribs, jerk chicken, fruit curry, traditional rice and peas. Followed up with lime chili panacotta and mango jelly. The students also gained lots of tips on choosing and preping fresh fruit and the correct use of spices to create those unique Caribbean flavours.

    hi looking for caribbean cooking came across this site but the date is 2009 just thoght is this caribbean course still going iwould be very interested please let me know thanks

      Hi Tony

      Thanks for your enquiry – the Caribbean course will run again in February 2011 – date will be confirmed soon. We are having a fantastic new professional kitchen built, which we will be open towards the end of the year. The dates for all the courses planned over the next few months will be released shortly.
